Aaron advises GILfund on strategic real estate investments based on his successful history of entrepreneurship, beginning with the launch of Rose Financial Holdings, a Denver, Colo.-based real estate investment trust in 1993 (acquired by AmeriVest Properties in 1995). Currently serving as CEO of ROI3, Inc., Mr. Rose has advised Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Starbucks, and Yahoo, as well as national governments, the United Nations, and The World Bank. He studied at Seattle University where he continues to regularly guest-lecture on business and entrepreneurship.
